For immigration cases

Psychosocial Evaluations

A psychosocial evaluation for immigration cases is a specialized mental health assessment that documents the psychological impact of an individual’s life experiences as part of an immigration or asylum process. These evaluations are often required by immigration attorneys to support cases involving hardship, trauma, or persecution.

Adrian Yam, LPC-S, brings over 25 years of clinical experience to this sensitive process. Evaluations are conducted with cultural sensitivity, professional rigor, and deep respect for the individual’s story and circumstances.

This service can help with:

Important
All evaluations are bilingual (English/Spanish) and conducted by a licensed clinician (LPC-S). Reports are professionally prepared for submission to immigration courts or USCIS. Timeline and fees are discussed during the initial consultation.
