How do I know if therapy is right for me?

How long is each session?
Each session is 50–60 minutes. We’ll decide together how often to meet — typically weekly or bi-weekly
How much does a session cost?
Session fees vary depending on the type of service. Please contact us directly for current rates. We will always be transparent before your first appointment.
Are sessions in-person, online, or both?
Both. In-person at our Houston office (6420 Richmond Ave, Suite 221) and secure online telehealth sessions. Many clients switch between both formats as needed.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network provider. We can provide payment information for potential insurance reimbursement. Contact us and we’ll help you navigate the process.
Is everything I share kept confidential?
Yes. Everything shared in sessions is strictly private, protected by law and professional ethics. Limited exceptions exist only in cases of imminent risk of harm.
